Brief description
This group aims to join efforts to further studies on Procedural Law as well as to open new lines of research demanded in today’s, constantly changing sociological, political and international circumstances. The group carries out systematic research, searching for concrete solutions and responses to the problems and questions raised by these situations.
That notwithstanding, the group cannot ignore the increasing importance of arbitration as a means to resolve controversies in the Private Law area and which, internationally, is already well established, especially in terms of international trade.
