21 September, 2016

From 7 to 11 September, ACM women’s football team took part in the Moscow Games 2016, an international tournament organised by the University of Moscow and the Russian Government, and that marked the team’s official debut.

The team, led by Roberto Pérez, consisted of three students from the University of Deusto, three students from Comillas Pontifical University and 4 students from Ramon Llull University. The team started their participation in the Russian tournament in group A, where students from the University of Finance and Law in Moscow and from the Moscow State Regional University.  The ACM team beat the first University 4-2. In the second match against the Moscow State Regional University, the Spanish team won 3-0. This double victory allowed them to finish top of the group and advance to the quarter-finals.
